CONDITIONS OF OCCUPANCY

Booking is not confirmed unless full payment is received

Preferred payment is by credit card:   Visa and Master Card are acceptable.
Cheque Cash & money order:  payment must be made more than 14 days prior to arrival. Cheque and money orders are to be made payable to Riverview Rise Retreats.

Direct Deposit: payment must be made more than 14 days prior to arrival and. Please forward verification of your deposit.

Damages/Smoking/Cleaning Policy

All bookings accepted are subject to an accidental/willful damages policy, a no smoking policy and an excess cleaning policy. We recognize that accidents can occur, however, any excessive, willful or reckless loss and damages will be charged to the guests account.

Riverview Rise Retreats has a no smoking policy in all buildings. We provide smokers with a comfortable outdoor seating and ashtray to use outside of the building under the extended verandah area of the Retreats.

In the event that excess costs have been incurred by the guest for the Damages/Smoking/Cleaning Policy and Riverview Rise Retreats will invoice the guest the amount owing.

Any and all expenses, costs and/or disbursements incurred by Chorney Enterprises Pty. Ltd. Trading as Riverview Rise Retreats in recovering any outstanding monies including Debt Collection Agency fees, Solicitors costs and Court fees shall be paid in full by the customer.

--- Cancellation Policy ---

Booking cancellation more than 30 days prior to first booked date - full refund
Booking cancellation less than 30 days but more than 14 days prior to first booked date - 90% refund
Booking cancellation less than 14 days but more than 7 days prior to first booked date - 50% refund
Booking cancellation less than 7 days prior to first booked date -no refund
Gift Vouchers expire 6 months from date of purchase, vouchers are not refundable but are transferable.
